The impact of school principals’ influencing tactics and learning agility on teachers’ organizational commitment and motivation. It investigates how different leadership styles, specifically influence tactics like expertise and authority, affect teachers’ engagement and their ability to adapt to change. The study, conducted in Northern Cyprus, reveals that while principals’ influence tactics, particularly expertise-based methods, have a direct positive effect on teachers’ commitment, learning agility does not fully mediate this relationship. The research emphasizes the importance of leadership strategies that promote professional growth and autonomy, to enhance organizational commitment among teachers. Further research is suggested to explore additional factors that may mediate or moderate these relationships.
